It was almost completely destroyed during the second world war, but has been fully restored to it's former glory. It was a beautiful city.
But also the site of an awesome lunch. The restaurant we went to has goose fat with bread on the menu, how could I turn down trying that!
It was actually really tasty, Although the portion size was a bit much.
This was followed up by a pumpkin quiche
And shared cake, although only two pieces between three, we didn't attempt the whole selection :).
So Dresden, pretty city with great food!
